The above piece will be part of an exhibition by 30 artists at the Nagasaki Prefecture Museum of Art in Nagasaki, Japan; it will then move to the Nagasaki City Hall. The exhibition commemorates the atomic bombing of the city 80 years ago. All of the pieces will be included in the Museum’s permanent collection or sold.

I’m currently working with encaustic (beeswax). This medium behaves differently than paint, so I’m exploring how to get effects I like. Still making circles.
